IUPA (International Us of Pilates Association) is one of the most established and respected Pilates organisations in Korea, recognised for setting high international standards in Pilates education and teacher training. Through our partnership with IUPA, graduates of our program receive an internationally recognised certification, enabling them to work globally with confidence.
Our training pathway includes four specialised courses:
Course 1: Anatomy, Mat, and Reformer
Course 2 : Anatomy, Mat, Chair, Barrel, and Cadillac
Course 3 : Anatomy, Mat, Chair, Barrel, Cadillac, and Reformer
Course 4: Barre training
Upon completion, selected graduates will also have the opportunity to work at our studio, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Movement Lab
Our TTC (Teacher Training Course) programme is an educational system that delivers instruction based on criteria researched, analysed, and empirically validated by the Movement Lab.
Accordingly, the TTC is not a conventional certification programme; rather, it constitutes a specialised professional training pathway aimed at developing instructors with the capacity to accurately analyse movement and deliver evidence-informed instruction.

Our Pilates Teacher Training Course offers you the opportunity to become a certified Pilates instructor, equipped with the skills and knowledge to work immediately.
Accredited by Pilates global education association in Korea- IUPA, this course is recognised internationally, give you the right to work immediately in top markets such as South Korea, Japan, China, Germany, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.

August Intake
Our August Intake will be delivered in person at both our CITY and Glen studios, conveniently located for local and international students.
This intake will focus on Anatomy, Mat, and Reformer, providing a strong foundation in Pilates practice and preparing students for confident, expert teaching.
Experience training in a professional studio setting and develop the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel as a Pilates instructor.
October Intake - Last Intake of The Year
Our final intake of the year will commence in October.
Applications for this intake are not yet open and will be released closer to the start date.
Training will take place in person at our CITY studio in the heart of Melbourne, with access to full professional equipment, including Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, Mat, and Barre, plus Anatomy studies to deepen body awareness and develop expertise.

Our Services
This course provides a solid foundation in Anatomy, Mat, and Reformer, giving you the essential skills to begin teaching and practising Pilates with confidence.
What you’ll learn:
Core anatomy knowledge to understand and support safe, effective movement in Pilates.
Fundamental Mat and Reformer exercises, building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
How to adapt exercises for different body types, abilities, and fitness levels.
Train in a professional studio environment and gain the practical skills needed to teach with confidence and precision.
In addition to Anatomy and Mat work, this course introduces Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel exercises, expanding your ability to work with diverse clients and studio settings.
What you’ll learn:
Advanced anatomy knowledge to support basic movement in Pilates.
Movements for Mat, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment.
Skills to modify exercises for different body types and fitness levels.
This level offers in-depth training on Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel exercises, supported by a deep dive into functional anatomy and Mat work.
What you’ll learn:
Expertise in all of the main Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel.
Advanced teaching techniques for group and private sessions.
Ability to craft individualised programs for a broad range of client needs.
This program provides comprehensive training in Barre technique, blending ballet fundamentals with strength conditioning, alignment, and mindful movement.
What you’ll learn:
Core Barre movements rooted in ballet, Pilates, and functional fitness
Proper alignment, cueing, and injury-prevention techniques
Confident class sequencing and teaching skills for all levels

We have different prices for each course, as stated in the Price List provided upon inquiry. Prices include GST, textbooks, and free observation and practice classes.
A deposit of $1,000 is required to register your enrolment and secure your spot. The full amount must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the course start date.

We have two courses available that align with your goals and availability.
Anatomy, Mat, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel are compulsory foundation modules. Reformer may be included depending on the course you choose.
Each course includes main classes, group practice sessions, co-teaching, and observation opportunities.
Every section is designed to provide you with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

We recommend familiarising yourself with basic anatomy and Pilates techniques. Additionally, ensure you have time set aside for both in-class hours and personal practice.
We will provide all necessary equipment and textbooks, but you should bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Be ready for both practical and theoretical sessions.

Yes we offer 100% placement at our studio for the students who enrol with us. We also provide for everyone support through networking opportunities, industry connections, and guidance to help you pursue your Pilates teaching career.

Yes, there is a test and final exam along with ongoing assessments throughout the course.
You have the opportunity to retake it (details will be given upon signing up). The course allows you to take the test again after you've had some time to review and practice.
The course is designed to support your success, and instructors will help you address any areas of difficulty to improve your performance. Make sure to study thoroughly and use the feedback provided by your instructors to prepare for the retest.

If you miss a class, you can make it up by attending a makeup session at extra fee. However, the course has strict attendance requirements and frequent absences may impact your ability to complete the course on time.
